Do you need transportation from/to the airport to/from the Gathering place (please review the terms and conditions below)


Flight details are not required for registration but should be provided before July 25 2017 by email (please refer to terms and conditions )
   
   

   
   

  • What does the $475 registration fee include?:
    • Leadership and regular program
    • Transportation fees from and to the airport, in addition to all transportation during the gathering (during the allocated hours)
    • Full board stay for 5 nights at Lady of the Mont - Fatqa (Starting Wednesday afternoon 18:30 till Monday morning 8:00)
    • Trip to the Saint Charbel and Our Lady of the Light Monastery
    • All activities within the leadership and regular program
  • What does the $425 registration include?:
    • Regular program
    • Transportation fees from and to the airport, in addition to all transportation during the gathering (during the allocated hours).
    • Full board stay for 4 nights at Lady of the Mont - Fatqa (Starting Thursday afternoon 17:00 till Monday morning 8:00)
    • Trip to the Saint Charbel and Our Lady of the Light Monastery
    • All activities within the regular program
  • What do both registration fees exclude?:
    • Flight tickets and visa
    • Additional accommodation
    • Travel insurance
    • Optional Monday Schedule
  • Cancellation before 24th of May 2017, a $50 fee will be retained
  • Cancellation between 24th of May and 24th of June 2017, $150 fee will be retained.
  • Cancellation between 24th of June and 24th of July 2017, $250 fee will be retained.
  • After 24 July 2017 and in case of no show no refund applies.
  • The registration can be transferred to another person only before 24th of July 2017.
  • Full refund will be provided in case the gathering was canceled by the organizers
  • The flight trip schedule and the details of arrivals & departures should be sent prior to 25 July 2017 by email, in order to provide the transportation from and to the airport.
  • Transportation from and to the airport will be provided only within the below dates and time intervals:
    • Arrivals:
      • Wednesday 2nd of August from 08:00 till 20:00
      • Thursday 3rd of August from 08:00 till 15:00
    • Departure:
      • Monday 7th of August from 07:00 till 19:00
